   LOGic ver 8.0 or later

Overview:

---

   Provides Digital Club memership databases for use with LOGic 8
   memberships lists tracking.

Setup Instructions:

---

   1.   Extract all the database files from L8_Memberships.zip
         into a temporary directory.

   2.   Start the LOGic8 program.

   3.   Start Memberships setup (menu Tools/Setup/Membership Lists).

   4.   Click the "Import List" button on the Membership Lists window.
         Browse to the temporary directory used in Step 1 and select
         one of the .dbf files.

   5.   Repeat Step 4 for additional membership lists to be added.

   6.   Close the Memberships Lists window.
         LOGic8 is now ready to use the Membership Lists.

   7.   For instructions on using LOGic8 please refer to the help
         files supplied with the application.
